Hello All! Wow it’s almost been a month since my last post. Will and I have been traipsing around Italy, Switzerland and Germany for the last three weeks and are finally settling back in. We had an amazing time exploring, eating, drinking, learning and building new relationships. There are few words words that can describe Europe’s vast history, beauty and flavors. We tried to soak it all in and bring some ideas to share. Here is one of the recipes we learned while in Tuscany. Susanna, our chef, was amazing and was elated that I wanted to include her recipes on our blog. It’s probably one of my favorite cakes as it is quick to make, rich is flavor and has almost no flour. We made it once for family in Switzerland and then a few days ago for friends. A M A Z I N G. Enjoy.
